- Seminars.... Tai Chi @Work incorporated into your seminar as a refresher and energizer. Enhances concentration and feeling of wellbeing with improved circulation through gentle exercise, stretches and improved breathing. Physical wellbeing is an essential ingredient of a superior seminar.
- Conferences & Retreats.... Add Tai Chi as an activity for exercise or teambuilding. Also ideal for attending partners. Specific programs designed to suit individual needs.
- Seated Meditation.... user-friendly method demystifies meditation.
